GoogleI have had the best experience with KFH Bromley, thanks to the professional, dedicated and friendly nature of Ramsay Mintah. Ramsay was one of the only estate agents to show me properties that actually took all my requirements into consideration. He remained enthusiastic throughout and was honest in his approach. GoogleChristian is exceptionally good at working within a short time frame! We viewed our property and moved in exactly a week later. Christian was friendly, polite and honest and worked hard to get us in on time. He wore a mask throughout the viewing and was always available at the end of the phone for any queries we had.

GoogleWe sold our house with KFH in Bromley and they were great. Professional and efficient from start to finish. They understand the local area really well and their marketing was spot on. Our house went on the market in July 2023 and the branch had viewings lined up before it was even on Rightmove. It took 9 days from going live to agreeing the sale, which was very impressive given the state of the market in 2023. Our negotiator Malica and the sales director Charlene gave an excellent service, kept us well informed throughout the selling process, and everything went through without a hitch. We were very happy with the price agreed and exchanged contracts in October 2023.

Very persistent and determined. We completed 30 mins before the stamp duty deadline, in no small way do I thank Rebecca at KFH Bromley.

GoogleBecca handled my sale with extreme professionalism from the beginning to the end, she was quick to respond to emails and was regularly keep checking in on progress via email and phone calls. She was happy to offer friendly advice and help in any way to keep things moving on both sides, The rest of the staff were just as help full, my recommended solicitor from JMW was just as amazing and made the process fairly easy.!!
