GoogleWe were delighted with how Foxtons handled the sale of our house from beginning to end. They acted with professionalism at all times and were proactive throughout the process. A special "shout out" to Will who kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond his role to act on our behalf, especially during final stages of the conveyancing process. GoogleFantastic experience working with Will who went out of his way throughout the process, especially on the first viewing where we could only make a late viewing of 8.30 pm! We were then passed to the Auction team and had a great experience working with Lewis. Both Will and Lewis stayed in contact until exchange and made the process easy. Thanks for both of your help and would recommend Foxtons.

GoogleFoxtons were so fast and effective in selling our flat, we couldn't be happier. We had our flat listed with another company and had hardly any viewings - they just waited for potential buyers to see the advert, whereas Foxtons were proactive in finding us the right buyers and within a week we had an offer of the asking price! GoogleFoxtons costs that little bit more; but for me, they were definitely worth it. Priscilla Djokoto, the agent that handled my sale, was always on hand and always promptly returned my calls. I discovered a lot of the work in selling a house occurs once you go under offer. I particularly appreciated the way she happily chased up solicitors, took a lot of the load of me and worked tirelessly right through to exchange.

He showed us more than 50 houses over the last year and was a brilliant negotiator along with Ryan when we did eventually make a choice.
