Tom Kennard was incredibly helpful throughout the purchase of our new home. He was very responsive to enquiries and able to offer advice, insight and guidance on a range of topics that came up during the process. The surveyors and contractors he was able to recommend were similarly professional and reliable. Tom was diligent and patient from start to finish; he was always willing to chase up various parties on our behalf too. An all-round splendid experience!

We engaged with Foxtons to find a tenant for our flat and our experience was very positive. Fay Foster was very efficient and professional and found us a suitable tenant within a couple of weeks. She walked us through the whole process and their portal is a great way to keep everything all in one place. Overall an excellent experience and we have asked them to fully manage the term of the tenancy.

His attentiveness and attention to our sale as well as chasing other people along the chain was amazing, if it wasn’t for him we’ll still be going through the process to reach our exchange. A pretty much seamless process delivered by Tom Kennard at Bromley Foxtons from start to finish in relation to my husband and I’s recent sale. Tom managed the whole process and really made us feel valued as customers. The natural process of selling/buying a property saw there being a few hiccups along the way with solicitors and others in the chain, but Tom went above and beyond to make things happen at all junctures, communicate in a timely manner and assure us whenever we had concerns/questions. Foxtons may not be the cheapest on the market, but you get what you pay for. As landlords, we let our property through Foxtons - I was told they were the best on the market (from the lettings manager of course) and now I whole-heartedly regret contracting with them. While they found us some great tenants, their fee is one of the highest on the market. We were told it's high because they provide a 'high' service however I can safely say their service is not high, in fact it's abysmal. You pay through the nose for an always on 360 service, except they're not always on - barely there is more appropriate. They will let you know of any issues, but then expect you to pay a ridiculous amount to use their 'in house' contractors. We had a small issue with our bath in which we were quoted £90 just for the call out. Instead we decided to find someone ourselves who found the issue to be minor, and charged £20. We pay around £140 a month for this service, and every single issue that has arisen, we have sorted ourselves for much cheaper and less faff. They also don't answer calls and emails which is infuriating when you have tenants and need to know what is going on. On cancelling the dire services, we decided to deal with all issues ourselves which has worked out much better, however since this, they have decided to ignore all of our emails about upcoming rent and changing of payment details. We have emailed numerous times over the last 9 weeks and had radio silence which has pushed me to write this review. If you're thinking about letting your property with Foxtons, don't.

I had my property on the market with a local Bromley estate agent for many months. This company in retrospect and in my opinion unreliable and untruthful. I honestly believe they were looking to sell my property to themselves and make a large sum very quickly. In desperation (I was starting to believe my property was worthless) I contacted the Bromley Foxtons office. When I say they worked their socks off to sell my property its a huge understatement. Chloe deserves special mention as a very tenacious business woman, dedicated to my cause and a right pain but in the very best way. She is a 'get things done' woman and Foxtons had better realise this and value her accordingly. Now I don't write reviews but credit where credit is due; thanks Chloe...I wouldn't like to work under you, too much of a task master...respect!

Emma Piller did an amazing job project managing a long chain we ended up in. We were not buying our property via Emma however she kept pushing the deal through with all parties, under a time constrained pressure, when our solicitors were doubting it is possible. Emma kept us informed (even though it was not her responsibility) and she ensured that our deal went through. She was pivotal to us (and all others in the chain) successfully purchasing the properties we had set our hearts on. She saved us money and more importantly further frustrations with further delays. My partner and I are very grateful to her - Thank you Emma for all your efforts.

We we so grateful to Foxtons Bromley (and in particular the amazing Emma Piller) for helping us to complete our flat purchase on Friday. Due to slightly odd circumstances, Emma became our main contact during this purchase (besides the fact that she was selling the flat that our seller was trying to buy - and not our own.) Emma (Foxtons) always kept us informed and up to date at all times, even calling us from her holiday abroad at one point.
