I contacted ONE agent for a specific property viewing, and it has turned into a total nightmare. I am being hounded by at least FOUR different colleagues from this branch. The frequency is beyond unprofessional, I just received 2 calls in the span of 5 minutes.

As a landlord (don't hate me!) paying for a managed service, they tried to charge me £90 + vat to fix a meter door with two cable ties. This is typical, and I have to chase them repeatedly for everything. My tenants and I deserve better.

TrustpilotAppalling lack of transparency, 5 months of silence followed by an “ambush” claim
I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

His attentiveness and attention to our sale as well as chasing other people along the chain was amazing, if it wasn’t for him we’ll still be going through the process to reach our exchange. Very polite and respectful at all times and always kept us informed and updated with what was happening night and day. Thanks guys.

GoogleAs a first time buyer I was quite anxious and nervous to get started with searching and going through all the stress of completing my purchase. I am glad I have chosen Foxtons, where specifically Kristina and Ryan reduces our stress level in dealing with all the issues. Not only Kristina was very polite and informative, she was always giving us a call or dropped and email about any progress and was extremely prompt in replying our calls/emails.

He was very responsive to enquiries and able to offer advice, insight and guidance on a range of topics that came up during the process. The surveyors and contractors he was able to recommend were similarly professional and reliable. Tom was diligent and patient from start to finish; he was always willing to chase up various parties on our behalf too. An all-round splendid experience!

GoogleA pretty much seamless process delivered by Tom Kennard at Bromley Foxtons from start to finish in relation to my husband and I’s recent sale. Tom managed the whole process and really made us feel valued as customers. The natural process of selling/buying a property saw there being a few hiccups along the way with solicitors and others in the chain, but Tom went above and beyond to make things happen at all junctures, communicate in a timely manner and assure us whenever we had concerns/questions. Foxtons may not be the cheapest on the market, but you get what you pay for. There has only been 1 staff member at Foxtons that I find competent. The 1 star is for the one person who had great customer service- who unfortunately is not leading on the sale.

TrustpilotFoxtons found tenants for my property who filmed porn and offer "happy ending" massage services.
I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.
