From the first interaction to completion Will was professional, timely and and kept me updated on the process while also following up with all parties including the conveyancers. I was specific around what I was looking to buy, Will showed me 3 properties which all fit the brief meaning no time was wasted and demonstrated Will listens to his clients. TrustpilotIf you are a landlord, my personal opinion: AVOID
One immediate point. It's no good Foxtons replying on Trust pilot asking for 'more information so they can follow up'. I have sent them endless information - as I imagine every other frustrated customer has. Please be wary of all the positive reviews. I have my doubts as to their authenticity. This company are charming on onboarding. I have been a landlord with them for three and a half years, so I have broad experience - not just experience of the initial process as many of these reviews are. At the start, they love your 'lovely property'. They are persistent and responsive, very sweet. Nothing is too much trouble. Similarly they schmooze (and pressurise) tenants. They are very good at this. You will notice many reviews mentioning specific people and branches - that's because they ask for them. Once you're onboarded, if you have any difficulties at all, they disappear. Emails take weeks to reply to - consistently. Even emails labelled as 'complaint' are not responded to within their own policy - it took them months to get back to me about a very serious and misleading piece of information I was given that incorrectly interpreted the contract which they drew up. This nearly led to serious consequences with my tenant. If you take them on as property managers, they will take weeks to send you quotes for works to be done. The quotes, once they do arrive, will be about 50% more expensive than if you arranged the works yourself. You will already be paying extra for 'management' but there is no eye on keeping costs good value for landlords. Their quotes are so prohibitively expensive that I ended up arranging things myself and cancelling their management service - it was unusably slow and expensive. They placed unwarranted holds on tenancy deductions which meant that both myself and the tenant experienced significant stress and delay. The inventory service was absolutely rubbish - missed so much detail (even missing that a whole piece of furniture was missing!). The inventory is so important and they messed it up. They even arranged for the inventory clerk to arrive before the tenant had moved out. They really don't know what they are doing - or they are too big and impersonal to get it right. Now that the tenancy has ended I've been whacked with yet another fee that I didn't agree to. I've made repeated enquiries about this, again with no response. I'm busy now building a case to refer to the Property Ombudsman. I'm busy and really could do without this extra work. I've given Foxtons many, many thousands of pounds and I have no idea what for. I have no idea where the positive reviews have come from. I'm never using them again, and I am very glad to be free of them. I've been letting my property for 20 years and honestly - it was less hassle and SO MUCH cheaper doing it myself via OpenRent. That's where I'm returning to.

GoogleMy property was up for sale for just over 18months. I listed it with 3 different agents. Foxtons being the last of the three. It was starting to get very stressful. Then, Will took it on and sold it within 3 days. Couldn’t believe it. The dealings we had with Will and his manager, Tom, were very professional. Will kept us in the loop about everything from the start to exchange. Nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond. Would highly recommend Foxtons’s Bromley. Thanks so much guys

GoogleI'd like to share praise for Stephen at Foxtons for his thorough and friendly approach to showing us properties that were for sale; although we did not end up putting in an offer for a property through this estate agent, Stephen showed us multiple properties that helped to expand our search and consider alternatives to our initial requirements, which proved really helpful to us, and I appreciated that he was happy to drive us between different properties across multiple viewings. He kept in touch when new properties that met our core criteria were added to the market and I appreciated his professionalism balanced with friendly demeanour throughout.

We followed many of their ideas, and our home looked amazing. Will is very professional and did an in-depth market analysis to help us determine a selling price. As the owner of a flat, I struggled for months to find tenants. I tried renting it myself but mostly scammers or people who waste my time only, then worked with several agencies - including one that promised a quick result but instead damaged my flat and pressured me constantly with calls and messages, day and night. By the time I found Foxtons' letter in my letterbox, I was ready to give up.

My flatmate had come from outside london to view a property in finsbury park and was only told once he got to the appointment that david morgan was not going to make the appointment due to being unwell, extremely unprofessional, he should have gotten one of his colleagues to cover the flat viewing or atleast message us in advance.

DON'T USE! As a landlord I highly recommend other tenants and landlords do NOT use Foxtons. They are providivg tenants and extremely poor service and giving landlords a bad name. They take no responsibility for errors or timely correction of them. Simply unprofessional and giving the industry a poor reputation. [I would like to request trsutpilot provide a feture to rate neagtive stars, Foxtons deserve 5 neagtive stars.]
