My contact was Ryan and I found him to be honest, patient and very efficient at providing professional service. You could easily sense the level of respect and professionalism with which the staff conduct their daily routine. GoogleWe were shown a house we really liked, wanted to go ahead with the rental, however after the viewing communication from them stopped. We called multiple times for almost 3 weeks and they always reassured us that some of them (i mention no names) will get back to us either in a few hours or next morning. Obviously that never happened. It wasn't only a waste of our time but also disrespectful. Not good costumer service.
