GoogleThey appear to be friendly and professional in order to get your business. But then the true extent of their unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge comes out later once you are tied in.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
We don’t have you listed as a client of ours either past or current. Perhaps you could let us know how you have come to this decision

GoogleEmailed them regarding a viewing and never got any reply. Would not use them if I were a landlord. No wonder the property has been sitting there for months.
We were in contact with you via email and you refused to let us know your circumstances, which, as part of our management for our landlords is mandatory.

GoogleStaff didn’t communicate a situation on a property so I ended up viewing a property and called up to put an offer in but someone had already done that, so me going to view a property was a complete waste of time!

Mr Bonner. I am very surprised by your review as we have been trying to secure an offer from you for a property you have seen twice. The family have withdrawn the property after waiting nearly a month for your offer. Unfortunately, we have no control over the vendor's wishes to withdraw their property from us, and would have been delighted to sell this property to you now you are in a position to make an offer. Your review does seem very unfair given the lack of explanation and the amount of time we have given in support of your wish to consider an offer without any pressure. As a family run independent business we are disappointed that you felt the need to leave a poor review and not discuss this with us directly.
