GoogleVery unhappy with how the staff deal with their clients. They offer rubbish customer service. I have called in regards to the property I was interested in and have been asked very detailed questions about me and then was told I will be called back. Nobody called me about the property I was interested in. When I emailed to chase them they were very unprofessional. The staff cannot be bothered to arrange for viewings. I feel very insecure about all the info that was taken from me with no intention to call me back for viewings. I feel sorry for the landlords who are obviously unaware of this. Stay away!

Without this information, we are unable to provide you with a property match. We would like to think that if you were a landlord you would like this level of confidence that your tenant had been fully vetted before you hand over your property.
