We used ADM to manage the sale of my Mums house after she moved into a care home. The support and perseverance they offered throughout the process was exceptional. We had 3 offers, multiple viewings and numerous challenges, the team consistently delivered a great level of service and have always acted on our behalf with real professionalism and dedication. They managed all of these challenges in the middle of a pandemic, with lockdowns, masks and social distancing was not easy and we really appreciated the efforts they made to support us. Buying and selling a house is definitely one of the most stressful things in life and we are so pleased that we selected ADM to help us navigate it, they have a fantastic team there! Due to a previous bad experience, a decade ago, I was reticent to use Alan de Maid, however this time around the experience has been totally different. Two areas they excel in, are getting things done, and communication. It took a while to sell the property, but their suggestions were always wise and backed by experience. During the sale / purchase process they've kept me regularly updated, and answer calls / emails really quickly. All of the team are excellent, but Hannah deserves special praise for her support.
