Hannah at the West Wickham Branch we so helpful from the first point of contact . She obviously knows her local market very well as we now have a house that we really love and cherish. GoogleHannah Symes overall was rude, obnoxious and only interested in making the quick sale. She became petulant and arrogant if things didn't go her own way during the sale. Clearly just more interested in securing a quick sale, than actually providing a professional service. Alan De Maid are just your typical profit driven estate agents, who should be avoided.

GoogleWe purchased our property through Alan De Maid. We initially viewed a property with Ralph who was really friendly. While we didn’t go for this property, Ralph stayed in touch and arranged further viewings, eventually getting us in to view our new home before it went to market. Unfortunately, I can’t give 5 stars as another agent within the team was very rude and unpleasant to deal with and somewhat ruined the experience for us.
