An excellent service. I sold my house through Alan de Maid Locksbottom and bought my bungalow through the Orpington branch. Both branches worked together to secure a very fast progression to completion with a tight time schedule, despite more than one hurdle with the chain to overcome. The whole process was expertly managed through to completion. Particular mention to Caleb at the Orpington branch...a very pleasant, helpful young man. And Philippa, the chain negotiatior, whose help was invaluable.

From the very first contact, Alan de Maid in Orpington have been absolutely wonderful. Dario visited quickly, offered really helpful advice in how to present the property and quickly responded with a clear and accurate brochure. Responses from the open day were received quickly and an offer soon followed. During the conveyancing process, the Diane and James and Rebecca have kept us posted with progress, and have liaised efficiently with all solicitors in the chain. We used Alan De Maid to sell our house towards the end of last year. We switched to them from a different estate agent with whom we had been struggling and we were so glad we did. If only we had done so sooner! The service we got from Alan de Maid was fantastic and so different to what we had experienced elsewhere. The whole team were very professional and helpful and kept us fully informed on progress and developments around viewings etc. They were all really connected so it didn’t matter who we spoke to, everyone knew what was happening.
