TOP ESTATE AGENTS!!! We literally couldn't have asked for anything more from this AMAZING TEAM!! On the initial meeting with James we were confident that he would be friendly, professional, and Alan De Maid would sell our property for a good price, and quickly. He said he would be able to help us with things that we needed, and he certainly did deliver, and went over and above stating that he is happy to help anyone who struggles, it is "what they do". (husband and I aren't good with technology and were nervous of the amount of papers we had to read and fill in), but nothing was ever too much trouble, they helped us so much EVERY STEP OF THE WAY....even after there was an offer on our house they kept in contact, chased up the rest of the chain, solicitors, and I can honestly say that I'm sure the whole chain would have fallen apart if it wasn't for their hard work, professionalism and care about us as their clients. Everything was dealt with, with confidence and such a warm reassuring mannerism. James was very quick and efficient with any questions, even if he wasn't in the office, the rest of the team were straight onto anything I needed to ask or do, James or Matt always called me back quickly. Matt I knew was the perfect person to sell the house...he has such a lovely way about him that I felt whoever put an offer in would be genuinely interested, I could tell he got buyers that would be interested in our property/area, and he was always friendly, polite, not pushy so I never worried that the sale may fall through at all. Caleb, Dario and the rest of the team always had big smile and friendly greeting. Thanks to these amazing Estate Agents (especially James's obvious wealth of knowledge and experience , and as husband said "cool, calm, collected" approach to every situation, we were in our Dream Home for Christmas....we even got a call afterwards from James to ask if we had settled in ok and to wish us well in our New Home, which we thought was lovely. We sold our house in Orpington about a month ago. We used the service of Alan De Maid in Orpington. They did a great job for us, especially James and Dario! They helped us to put our house on the market in September last year and their valuation was correct. We had tens of house viewings within three weeks and within a months’ time we had an offer already! They were brilliant and very organised all the way! From the initial enquiry to the day of completion, the staff were always professional and efficient. We were updated daily and can say that when we needed to speak to someone we always could, if not, the call was returned the very same day, we were never left waiting or frustrated which is very unusual these days.
