GoogleI would give this branch 0 starts if it were possible to do so. The organisation and communication in the place is a complete joke. A while ago I applied to rent an apartment that was advertised by this branch. I paid my fees and got the ball rolling, but due to being constantly messed about by the referencing agency, I decided to cancel this process. I was assured by the member of staff I spoke to in regards to this, that I would receive my referencing fee back, as they had had several other complains over the previous few months regarding this particular referencing company. A month went by and I saw no sign of this refund and after several phone calls and several moths later I have still yet to receive anything. The woman I seem to always speak to when I call up, if they actually answer the phone at all (I think her name is Denise) is either incompetent or simply just doesn't care, constantly and obviously fobbing me off, saying she will call me back, which of course she never does. It almost feels like I am being scammed out of my fee. Very unhappy with the service.

GoogleMyself and my husband recently rented a property via Clive Watkins Bromborough branch and we couldn't recommend them enough. The ladies I dealt with (Michelle and Claire) were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, even ringing up after we moved into the property to see how the move went, a lovely gesture. GoogleUnfortunatly i cant use zero star!Need more further traning for the leadership,how you can talk with people.Expired ads should be deleted!!!I know and understand very busy the OFFICE but if busy maybe need more staff. You shouldn't lie that the office is closed because of the covid!! 7years im live in Uk. I have never seen such an unfriendly agency.

Holly and Sam provided me with such incredible support throughout a challenging house purchase, they were always there to help and went above and beyond for me. GoogleAwful communication. Failure to respond to contact re renewal of lease or disrepair of property. Increased rent without the proper notice. Awful experience when not renewing the lease along with allegations of damage caused with no evidence supplied. Threatened with legal action after they failed to respond to DPS deposit request, still no evidence. Demanded responses within a day despite their own failure to respond to correspondence within 2 weeks.

GoogleCannot thank Clive Watkin and in particular Wendy enough. Without her continuous involvement in our house purchase we probably still wouldnt be in now! The rest of the team were always friendly and helpful and we always got a fast response to any enquiries and updates throughout the process.

The company held a tenancy deposit for a property we rented in Thornton Liverpool. Upon leaving the property, it has taken a month for them to release the deposit and they have managed to tweak the terms a number of times for the release of the payment and have really dragged out the process leaving a bitter taste
