I had been looking for somewhere to rent for a while and no letting agent was as helpful as Clive Watkin have been! Megan was wonderful throughout the whole process of us finding somewhere to rent, she showed us around a couple of houses and kept us well informed throughout the application process. She is kind, knowledgeable and attentive, and has responded to questions very quickly. The communication has been excellent and Megan is genuinely so happy to help you with anything at all! We have found a home that we love thanks to Megan’s help. Also, the system for logging repairs and maintenance requests is extremely simple and is responded to quickly, which makes me feel confident as a tenant. I can really recommend using Clive Watkin when looking for your next rental 😊

Katie in the Neston Branch…

Although it didnt sell straight away Katie Clarke from the Neston branch was determined to sell our property. Katie kept in regular contact with us throughout the whole process and was so helpful, kind and reassuring every step of the way. We felt our property was in the best hands with Katie and never doubted she would find us a buyer. Having recently purchased a flat in Bromborough and not having moved for 53 years we really did not have a clue how things worked but Tom McDowall couldn't have been more helpful he always answered every query we had and was always so pleasant.Not being very technical minded he was so helpful with any technical issues we had (and there were a few) I'm sure he dreaded our calls but never showed it😂. Thank you Tom without your help we may not have our new flat. Also a big thank you to the rest of Clive Watkins staff at Bromborough always happy to help if Tom wasn't available. Worst company I have delt with

Worst company I have delt with. Staff don't listen to clients requests, showing the wrong people around my property, that's when they show anybody around the property. Only a small handful of people shown around in three and a half months, then leaving my lights on in the property for 3 days while no one was in the property. Then had the audacity to make me wait the 28 days cancellation period, where again nobody was shown around my property, stay clear of this company if you want to sell your property.

Aside from being a genuinely lovely person, she went above and beyond at every step to make sure the purchase went through. The estate agents for my sale were lacking, to say the least, and Holly stepped in wherever possible to keep things moving along. Avoid! They don't get back to you

I phoned about a property to rent, within seconds of it being listed. I was placed on a list and was told I would be contacted when viewings would start. I phoned 3 times over 20 days, each time being told tenants hadn't given them a day yet. I phoned on the 24th day since placing my initial interest only to be told an application has been submitted. The lady said they mustn't had got to my name yet! What? I phoned within seconds of it being listed! Mad is not the word, very poor communication, clearly favour specific clients. will avoid any properties listed by them in future!
