We received regular updates/progress reports from Maria Meddings our sales progressor which were vital for us, even if the news was that there was no progress. Both Sally and Steve at the Broadstairs office worked tirelessly to get us to the exchange process once lockdown had been lifted for the housing market. But our real hero was Amanda, their sales progressor, who, chain-wide, worked tirelessly to get everyone's ducks in a row so we could move 2 days before our mortgage offer ran out for the second time. Jade and David at the New Ash Green branch have been brilliant at managing at our sale, plus finding a new home for us in the village. They always made themselves available to update us on progress either on the phone or in the office, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Before starting the process of moving house I was a little concerned that it would be difficult due to the pandemic. Fortunately Wards had set up a lot of their procedures online and this coupled with our estate agent Laura being available through email and phone calls we managed to move house without any real road blocks

This estate agent is not trustworthy. Brendon, the branch manager, ignored the buyer’s concerns and questions. He stood on the seller’s side only and kept saying to the buyer that he tried to help to resolve disagreements between the seller and the buyer. Besides, he was very slow to respond your emails and questions, but forced you to answer his email within 24 hours, or else he would tell you he would stop the transaction with the buyer, and put the property back to the market. In fact, he had told me (the buyer) for several times already. Furthermore, he was suspected to uphold the important information during the transaction between the seller and the buyer, and he almost destroyed the whole transaction in the end. Fortunately, the seller suggested to contact the seller directly to clarify misunderstanding. Therefore, he was not only virulent to the buyer, but also to the seller. If you really want to sell your property, I would not recommend Wards to you.

Excellent service from Maria at Wards. We were able to view the apartment and do all the paperwork/contracts etc. online as we were moving from a distant location in the UK. Everything also went very smoothly with Nadia on our move-in. A professional service and I would certainly use Wards Estate Agents again.

I dealt with Wards at New Romney in Kent. Callam did the property searching, Rihanna took me to the viewings and Steve finalised the deal. All three members of staff I dealt with showed the utmost professional skill and were very kind and helpful. It is the first time I have moved house in 35 years, and I was fooled by the stereotype of a pushy estate agent. My real experience couldn't have been further from that truth. I highly recommend this branch of Wards Estate Agents, these members of staff are great people who are very knowledgeable, both about the properties and the local area. Furthermore, they deliver on their promises 100%.
