I would thoroughly recommend Wards of Hythe. All the staff in branch have been really helpful in selling our house. I'd also mention Jodi Wyncol as through her work she kept all parties informed and to that end stopped the small chain from falling apart. Thank you.

Shocking and appalling behaviour by Wards at Hythe! Avoid doing any business with them! Parents had an offer accepted by sellers and property taken off the market and confirmation email received. However 2 days later, they received a call from wards that they had sold the property to someone else. Not sure how, as it was off the market and offer had already been accepted by the sellers. Certainly not professional behaviour or acceptable. Totally disgraceful and would avoid this estate agents at all costs!

Not interested about clients ,all they are after is money money, there is a house for sale near me unless I pay 10k for there modern auction fee they will not sell the house ,the house is sitting there I want to buy it ,they will not tell the seller that there is a interested buyer ,there so called modern auction are not helping sellers.
