I am extremely pleased with the prompt and helpful attention we have been given by Miles and Barr in both letting and in sales. We have been with the same agent for over 20 years and Charlotte Dyer has most efficiently and expertly managed our properties for well over a decade. I have always been impressed by Charlotte’s professionalism and kindly manner. Although we may not have the largest portfolio, I could not wish for a better service or more pleasant, helpful and effective staff.

We have been absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Miles & Barr. Everyone we have spoken to has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. The level of service has exceeded that of other estate agents in the area, and we’ve had experience with several Canterbury-based agents in recent years. From start to finish, the communication and support have been excellent. Two people who particularly stood out were Luke Payne and Rebecca Gravener. They guided us through the sale with professionalism, kept us informed every step of the way, and were always approachable and willing to help. Their dedication and hard work ultimately got the job done, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they did.
