Since then we have been dealing with Paul Gardner. He is made the ordeal
of moving into an enjoyable experience. We are given constant updates which is something we haven’t encountered in our past two dealings with agents.
Whenever we ring the office if Paul isn’t available at that moment,we are always rung back in the shortest time. This has made this part of our buying so easy.The knowledge that we will always be kept up to date is invaluable. You should feel very proud of your workforce .We know from experience not All agencies are like yours.

GoogleBeware! Do not go near this letting agent. I am currently going through the property ombudsman as the company completely ignored, what was in my opinion, breaching of the contract, and other issues. Furthermore they have failed to return any of my calls, or they are refusing to communicate with me. The branch manager, Amy Remmington, has failed to return my call after i tried 8 times.
Filed complaints with Haart Property Management and they're just as useless. Such a poor company, hungry for your money!
Wouldn't allow me to give less than 1 star!

Over valued then pressured repeatedly to drop the price ASAP. Had to chase them myself for signage to be put up. Eventually Promised to resolve multiple issues by one person taking the lead, couldn’t even manage that. Take your pick :)
