GoogleI have purchased my property through Haart and they have been amazing throughout. They kept in touch constantly with updates on the purchase. The only estate agents I have dealt with and had no issues. All of the staff have been so helpful and friendly. I have never had to chase anything up. Highly recommend Haart!

GoogleI found Dean Garland very efficient and supportive during a rather long and complex sale which in no way was the fault of Haarts. He always responded promptly to phone calls or emails and I was always kept fully up-to-date with the progress of the transaction. I could not fault the marketing of the property and was very happy with the overall level of service provided.

GoogleRecently found a property through haart lettings department in broadstairs. Although we had a small issue at the referencing stage, Demi sorted it out for us quickly and efficiently, and we will be moving into our lovely new place soon! I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a rental in the Thanet area.

View Agentsabsolutely appalling.
Against my better judgement I decided to let my house through Haart. Other agencies quoted a rent of 1400 a month but Haart said that 1150 a month would ensure a quick let. I wanted this in order to make the upcoming mortgage payment so I accepted the deal. The only stipulation I made was that no one should move into my property until the funds had been deposited into my account., Haart agreed that the money would be transferred on the day of moving. This didn't happen. They then said that the money would be transferred within two working days. This didn't happen. Six days later and I have a family living in my home, My money is still with Haart who have refused to accelerate the process and I have missed a mortgage payment for the first time in five years. The only people happy with this arrangement are Haart and the tenants.. I was lied to over the phone on several occasions and I now have to take steps to remove the tenants asap.

GoogleTook terrible photos off a mobile phone. The only viewers they said they had never showed up. We were promised a lot yet they delivered little. When we finally had enough and went to auction they got the lawyers onto us immediately to gain their commission for doing nothing. AVOID
