⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Chris Although I’m still in the sales progression stage, I wanted to leave this review now to recognise how fantastic Chris has been throughout the process so far. From the very first day, Chris went above and beyond, arranging a viewing of the property I’m purchasing on the same day as my enquiry, even though the only time I could make it was 7pm. The property had only been listed the day before, and because I’d been so specific about the location I wanted, I really appreciated his flexibility and understanding. During the initial viewing, Chris was thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to show me everything the property had to offer, explained the sellers’ position where appropriate, and encouraged me to take my own video walk-through so I could review things in my own time. When I mentioned that I needed a couple of days to view other properties, he was professional and never pushy, but I already knew this was the one. Chris then guided me through the offer and negotiation stage, helping me secure the property at a fair price that reflected the level of work needed. Even after my offer was accepted, Chris continued to impress, arranging a second viewing on his day off and arriving early so I had more time in the property. His communication has been second to none; any time I’ve had questions or needed updates, he’s responded promptly, often the same day, even outside of typical working hours. I absolutely recommend Chris, he’s professional, proactive, and genuinely cares about his clients. I’m so grateful for all his help in what could otherwise be a very stressful process. Buying a house, especially in the current climate, really isn't easy and we've had more ups and downs over the last six months than I'd wish on anybody. However, I have to say that Haart Estate Agents were outstanding from start to finish and I would like to give a special mention of Kristy Stephanou, who took over our case at a very late and very tricky stage, due to the illness of a colleague. She worked extremely hard for us, constantly keeping us updated and providing us with the support and understanding that was necessary during such a stressful period. I decided to ask Haarts in Broadstairs to market my property after being tied into a contract for twelve fruitless weeks with another agent. This experience showed that being with an agent where there were a large number of employees does not always work efficiently because larger agents with many staff and huge numbers of properties in their portfolios do not know either you or your property and therefore cannot describe your property correctly to potential buyers. The result is that they are less likely to find a buyer. Haarts is a smaller agency and this was the first reason for me choosing them as my subsequent agency. Paul Gardner came to evaluate my home for the company and he and his approach to me was the second reason I chose the company and he has been exceptionally supportive to me throughout. After committing myself to the company a buyer was found for me within days and within a few more days they also found a buyer for the people who wanted to buy my maisonette. There were five people in the eventual chain but whenever he was in the office it was always Paul to whom I spoke and who answered or followed up all my questions. If he wasn’t in the office then one of his few colleagues helped me but all knew exactly which property they were referring to, something which had not happened with the first agents who had marketed it for twelve long weeks. Because of problems further down the chain it has been a long protracted process but the staff at Haarts have ‘nursed’ me through the difficulties with great patience and skill and we have finally exchanged contracts. Paul Gardner and team recently sold my property in Broadstairs . The property was marketed well with an open day which ended in two offers on the table . All staff I liased with were always very friendly, professional and dealt with queries efficiently if Paul wasn't available I often spoke to Chris .
