GoogleInitially it was a really good experience with ocean. The whole process was smooth to get us into our rental property. But a few things to consider... They take ages to fix anything. I had to go and buy a new doorbell because it took too long to file a complaint to get it fixed. Not too much of an issue though. I hope a more serious issue they would respond to quicker I guess. At check out however, I spent money ensuring I get the correct colour paint for the house and repainted any marks that were left on the walls. I gathered as many friends as possible to help make sure the house is left as clean as possible... I was still charged £210 for damages... these guys expect the house to be exactly the same condition you received it in. They will look into every tiny little mark and every bit of rust etc. They are so detailed at check out so warning.... get a professional cleaner or do a spectacular job cleaning... otherwise they will charge you for it. Other estate agents I was with were alot more understanding of wear and tear but these guys aren't. Abit of limescale under the tap and that's £55 cleaning fee...

Me and my partner recently purchased our first property through oceans and can’t fault them. We spoke to a few different estate agencies and they all seemed quite disorganised and unfriendly. We had our first viewing with Layla who was very friendly and helpful and put us at ease with the process. The whole team have been very helpful including Tracey and Lauren who kept us up to date throughout and very responsive to emails. We also used oceans financial adviser Simon who was also very friendly and informative, made the application for the mortgage a lot easier and kept us up to date with any rate changes.

The whole experience with Ocean was fantastic from start to finish.In fact, the process started 4 years ago when I needed a valuation for divorce purposes. I had a chat with Stefano and explained my situation. He was really helpful and arranged for Lawrence to visit. (Ocean were the only agent that wanted to visit as I had explained that I had no plans to sell imminently). Lawrence came round and provided a written valuation straight away, of which I was very grateful.When circumstances prompted the need to sell last summer, I called upon Stefano and Lawrence again, who gave me an honest appraisal and some good advice on preparing the property to go to market.Ash took some amazing photos, and Lawrence marketed the property at exactly the right price, meaning I had 10 viewings lined up in one day. Joseph carried out the viewings, introduced himself first and obtained 4 offers, giving me the option to chose the best buyer.Lisa progressed the sale and kept me informed at all times, chasing where necessary (particularly as the solicitors at the top of the chain were somewhat slow).I also instructed Ocean Property Lawyers, Livia in particular was excellent - so helpful and friendly, dealing mainly via email which suited me perfectly.I cannot recommend Ocean highly enough (and have already done so, several times).

Ocean estate agents were extremely helpful, professional in finding tenants for my property. Every enquiry was dealt with promptly, politely and with consideration for my needs. I felt I was able to express my opinion whilst being guided by their professional advice. Elliot , James and Jemima have all been extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I used Ocean two years ago to find tenants.The tenants they found were perfect. They have just found me new tenants who also appear to be perfect. Many thanks. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful from the onset. Guiding and supporting us through the sell of our property, answering any questions and keeping in touch throughout the process. Equally the team of solicitors were very good, updating and explaining everything we needed to do, nothing was too much trouble and we have also used them for buying our new property. The whole experience has been relatively stress free, everything went smoothly and we would definitely use again should the need arise. We would 100% highly recommend Ocean to anyone wishing to buy or sell their property.
