GoogleI have just bought a house through ocean and the whole team are amazing. Liz was brilliant she showed us around the house and let us visit the property numerous times with family members. Lisa Lewis supported us through the purchase and she really went above and beyond her role to ensure our purchase went through, she has truly been amazing, always on the phone if you need to speak to her, extremely supportive , liased with everyone in our chain, has given regular updates. Her hard work and dedication has made the move less stressful. I would highly recommend ocean to anyone and truly think Lisa needs a promotion.

Willowbrook office. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We did not know anything about the people viewing the house as all done by text message, complete lack of communication. Rude and unprofessional, especially the manager Stefano who was also very arrogant. Brought my wife to tears. Not willing to work with us in getting the best price for our house and just want a quick sale. Avoid them at all costs.
Update: 2/10/23Upon further review of the extensive case notes and interviewing each team member regarding this matter. We unreservedly refute all claims of poor service. It should be made clear that Ocean Estate Agents were the 4th local agent instructed by you. We achieved a good level of viewings and an offer to purchase, which was accepted and subsequently rejected by you. It is very apparent that our team made every effort to provide the same high standards of service and client care for which they have become known locally as market leaders. It is also very clear that our team endured unprecedented levels of unacceptable comments, insults, and insinuations causing high levels of stress for some team members. For this reason, the decision was made by Ocean Estate Agents to dis-instruct ourselves from the sale of your property. Ocean Estate Agents - Downends' team have been amazing during the purchase of our first home. All the team have gone above and beyond to help us. From the initial house viewings, with Molly and Joe through to the completion, with Lisa they have all been both professional and personable. Although they were not our solicitors, the whole process was smooth and hassle-free due to Lisa continuously keeping is informed and in the loop, on what was happening, and what needed to happen to get us completed.
