From the get go, Ocean were amazing. They were organised, speedy and great with communication. When things got stuck or difficult they were extremely supportive and ensured that deadlines were met smoothly. Would happily use them again.

Ocean have taken on marketing our apartment and have done a great job. We have had numerous applicants who are all suitable. We have various levels of management to chose from. Everyone we have dealt with in the Lettings Dept have been very helpful, especially Abu, who has dealt with our enquiries courteously and efficiently. Nothing has been too much trouble for him.

We were introduced to a delightful property just as it came onto the market which enabled us to view it without too much competition.Ocean agency staff were helpful and held our hand(s) by use of the Lawyers ‘Activity App’ to mark the progress of our intended purchase. We had planned to move into our new home in October’24, which would have been our preferred moving date.Unknown legalities resulted in our delayed move. The unpredictability regarding the legal constraints was quite testing & frustrating and resulted in increased stamp duty costs.Thankfully our landlords were cooperative as we couldn’t be clear on an actual date of our notice to quit our tenancy agreement. We are finally in our beautiful new home and settling into our new surroundings. Thank You

Individuals were pleasant and helpful but I felt there was a lack of communication between offices and personnel at times which meant I had to repeat information several times. This created anxiety at a stressful time.

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish - we have recently sold our property in Frenchay through Ocean in Downend and historically we have used them for letting purposes. Having had a bad experience with other agents - it was refreshing to know when you call the office the phone is actually going to be answered and you can speak to one of the team - they all know what’s going on and are all on it! Which is what you want with a house sale. Other elements which we have really enjoyed this time have been liaising with Lisa the ‘Move Manager’ who dealt with any queries from the buyers side or vice versa. Really can’t fault them - don’t waste your time looking around at other agents - just use Ocean!

He was always available to talk to and answer any further questions (a great representative for ocean)! Himself and James were respectful, polite and helpful and communicated with eachother, the landlord and myself/partner throughout the process.

Had a really great experience purchasing a new property through Ocean. Tom was very knowledgable when viewing the property, Kenny was always on hand to help me with the legal stuff that I didnt understand, Georgina and Rosie kept me up to date throughout and Simon Lack not only sorted me a great rate with my mortgage, but kept me informed the whole way through the process making it as painless as possible when buying somewhere. Highly recommend going through these guys, I barely had to chase anyone and glad I used all their services.
