GoogleWe have bought and sold two houses recently with Howard Estate Agents and have had exceptional service throughout from the whole team. Appointments are very well organised and follow up is impeccable - not once have we had to chase up for information. Penny and Rachel have been voracious in chasing surveyors, both of the legal teams, the management agents, the buyers, making sure the deal kept progressing forwards in our sale. Without Rachel’s help I do not think we would have completed today! We cannot thank Howard enough for his professional help during a particularly tricky purchase. We would recommend Howard Estate Agents wholeheartedly.

GoogleChris was an absolute star helping us through the renting process. The rental market is super competitive and our search had been daunting, expensive and time-consuming. Chris made things simple and easy. He’s professional and organised, but also a genuinely nice, thoughtful, personable guy who checked we’d settled in well and gave us some helpful recommendations in the local area. GoogleDefinitely my most abrupt experience calling an estate agent, never been hung up on before! If you’re annoyed about people calling to ask about sold properties - maybe take it off your website 😅 Curtly saying ‘It’s sold’ and immediately hanging up before I can ask about the second property I was interested in just means I won’t ask about the second property (or any other listed with you).

GoogleBig thanks to all at Howard for finding us new tenants so quickly and efficiently. Chris and Victoria led the process and were responsive and accurate in all aspects. Tara sorted the finances and Howard himself was initial contact. Not to put the pressure on for future clients but they found us a great tenant couple after literally a single 20 mins set of viewings! Highly recommend.

GoogleAwful experience. We had a viewing for a property to buy at 3pm . The agent was not there . My Husband and I left our job 2 hours earlier to get in time to the place and see the property in day light. I called the agent at 3:09 why nobody is here and he said sorry we call you earlier because many people do not show up for viewing , I would like to think they call me earlier for any reason to confirm or reschedule the appointment but I couldn’t answer, but My question was why you didn’t left a Voicemail or text message or an email??? And he said well he can not do anything now and any way they have 5 offer right now . I called back to office the other colleague answer the phone and Accuse me that I am lying. And I was late . I was not late at at all even I was 10min early , and waiting for my husband.otherwise I could not see your agent with black Mercedes left early !!!! So unprofessional and irresponsible.

You turned up late for your appointment with no consideration for the agent. We do have other appointments and cant be expected to wait all day for you We called 3 times before the appointment to confirm you didnt have the decency to reply or answer If only us agents could write bad reviews on our clients
