GoogleI’ve found Howard Estate Agents to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The letting side of the business is also brilliant. They are always quick to respond to emails and are happy to answer any questions you may have. I’ve been very impressed with their service and would definitely use Howard Estate Agents again. Highly recommended!

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this agency. They confirmed my property viewing, and I even took a day off to attend. However, when I arrived at the location, I was informed by L.Bailey that the viewing had been canceled, without any prior notice. It was highly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. A simple notification would have been appreciated. I would not recommend dealing with such unreliable service.

GoogleIn Response to the company’s comments. What part of ‘I have not personally used these so called estate agents’ is hard to understand. Regarding the owner. It’s not hard to see who Steven Wayne is to the company there’s enough material online to suggest this. You are correct I won’t be calling. Why would I wish to interact with such people. I just wish for people to know my humble opinion and findings. Good luck in your future endeavours. Regarding DISHONEST , RUDE … borderline evil what they have done to the elderly of the area I have not personally used these so called local honest estate agents due to not having properties. I am a person of the community who supports elderly people and addresses any issues they may be having. Due to the nature of my work I have been forced to write this review on behalf of the people who have been mistreated by this company. These people cannot comprehend writing a Google review. It’s come to the point where time and time again I have heard bad things about this agency regarding dishonesty and having an agenda which does not consider the clients best interest at all. I have seen the owner on social media portraying himself as a good local business man. And also pretends to be a part of MY community. The amount of innocent people who are elderly who have been mistreated and made fun off when they try to visit the office is ridiculous. I have heard this from within my community and many other cultures. There seems to be a trend of individuals who belong too ethnic minority groups. If a company can take advantage of an elderly person it says a lot about the services they will provide as a whole.
What a strange review, you have never dealt with us yet you have an opinion. Surely if you know who the owner of the business is surely you would contact me to discuss issues you may feel are happening which aren't I don't know who you are to make these accusations but if you genuinely feel we have done something call us instead of hiding behind a google review our number is 020 8958 1118 I'm guessing you wont call though

GoogleWe are truly thankful to Judy Ciok for having helped us with the sale of our flat in Docklands. Judy took our case after another agency had mainly wasted our time for months and she was absolutely wonderful. She was super diligent, always available for questions/queries and definitely went above and beyond to get the sale done. Even when one of our potential buyers pulled out, she worked tirelessly to find another one very quickly so that we wouldn’t have to pull out of the offer on a house we’d made. Yesterday, we completed on the sale of our flat and purchase of our new home. We’d also like to thank Cheryl, our sales progressor, who was equally brilliant and pushed to get things done. GoogleWe popped into Howard in Clifton a a few months back to register our interest in renting a property. Met with Chris who was friendly and listened to our requirements. He was able to take us to and show us round a property there and then that exactly matched what we told him would be suitable. Chris was on hand to answer any questions and anything he was unsure of, he got us answers from the Landlord the let the property on behalf of. We went and away and had a think and after a quick second viewing agreed the let the next day. From there the process was smooth and hassle free and referencing completed in quick time, and asking to pop round and take a few measurements before we moved in was no problem at all. Great service all round and have been settled in the perfect property for a a couple of months now! Fully recommend and highly rate the service provided..

GoogleA big thank you to Howard, Luci and Chris for their help in finding me lovely tenants for my flat. Most of my contact was with Luci who was both helpful and professional with a warm and fun personality. This made working with her to find the right tenants a really positive experience. I loved how honest Luci was with her guidance and her answers to my questions. Every client is different and will have different needs and expectations. It takes a really good agent to not only recognise that but to also act on it; and to then align their approach and focus on what the client’s needs are. Luci did just that and understood that who I had renting my flat was really important to me. You did a great job and I would really recommend Howard’s.

GoogleThe team from Howard managed our house in Bristol for 14 years and they always did a great job. We were always kept informed and the team were proactive in sorting out problems. Josh, Honor and Tara were all impressive in their different roles. The house was never empty. When we came to sell it this month we were delighted to give the business to Howard and have been very impressed with the sales team as well, particularly Rachel who has done an excellent job. We couldn't recommend the team highly enough, outstanding service.

GoogleAbsolutely without a doubt the most useless and impotent letting agent in Bristol, they have repeatedly breached a tenancy agreement and caused severe distress to numerous students in one property. Judging by the lack of Howard‘s estate agent signs across Bristol for properties for the student year, I don’t doubt that we aren’t the only ones. Do not use.

They went above and beyond their way to provide aid as they even offered to drive me to the property itself for an impromptu viewing.
