GoogleThe team at Haart Clifton have been brilliant from valuation to completion. James came to value my property and I was pleasantly surprised at the valuation I received. I recieved a high offer after just 3 viewings which were conducted by Justine and Aryan (who both ensured I was provided helpful feedback after each viewing). I would recommend this agency as the communication has been brilliant. I really appreciated my case having been allocated to one employee, Justine, as she kept me up to date with requests for information from my buyer.

FacebookI taught them everything to be able to pass the references, I taught them how much money I have in Spain, everything! and they tell me that I still don't have them that need more papers, I tell them that I don't want to continue delivering all my papers because I think they are asking too much to rent a house, and they don't return my deposit! They are shameless, they are thieves and they do business with people!

GoogleWe signed up with Haart as we needed to sell our property at short notice to secure the purchase of our new one. We have been very impressed - both by the level of their service and their approach - which has far exceeded the "estate agency by numbers, stick on the internet and wait" attitude we'd widely encountered previously. Our valuation and listing was carried out by Nigel, who offered a lot of advice and took some of the best property photography I've seen - including some creative angles and "lifestyle shots", above and beyond the usual static room shots. The place looked great - which resulted in a large number of viewings in the first few days. We were looked after during the process by James (who was also excellent) who handled all the viewings brilliantly - really selling the different features to buyers ,above and beyond just pointing out the rooms. He contacted us often and took a personal interest in getting our place sold. The Haart team's work resulted in us receiving two offers within the first ten days. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - they genuinely offer a higher value service than a generic high street agent, using technology, great service and social media to drive interest and viewings. GoogleI'm not one to leave reviews on sites like Google - so me wanting to write this is a testament to my happiness with the service I have had from Haart Clifton. Alex has kept me in the loop from day one and has worked with me to make sure we had the best advert we could get for my flat. Nigel and Amy did a sterling job getting and confirming viewings for our launch weekend and at showing them around on the day. From that launch weekend the flat has sold stc. and at a price over what was expected. I am more than happy!

GoogleHaart contacted me to ask if I had any properties to let, and I had one property with a few issues that I wanted to let rooms in. Most agents would have struggled with what I wanted, but Nicola, Ciaran, snd the rest of the team rapidly and effectively did the job to a high standard, managing several small problems along the way. The inventories produced were also of a very high stsndard. Highly professional, polite, prompt service.

GoogleQuote for the sales process was double what 3 other local estate agents were offering so obviously I couldn't see the value in getting Haart to sell my property. After informing them that I had put my property on the market with another agents for half the price and a less gimmicky sale, I had 5 follow up calls asking if I'd made a decision about selling my property. Clearly no internal communication and very frustrating to say the least.

GoogleIn short - Nicola and Ciaran are fantastic! Here's why....My partner and I now live in Canada. My partner made the decision to buy an investment property in Bristol and I agreed to manage the process of finding a suitable letting agent to find a tenant. I set about contacting multiple agents very early on in the process to obtain a rental valuation and to establish a rapport. Hands down, Nicola (Manager) at Haart was THE most helpful and attentive right from day one. The process of buying the property was long but Nicola answered any question I had along the way before she knew she had secured our business. After completion and on a visit to the UK over Christmas, my partner and I met Nicola which affirmed that her and her team were for us! Ciaran set about taking fantastic photographs of the property and between them, they had the advert online within a matter of hours. Ciaran discussed every 'applicant' with me and allowed my partner and I to make informed decisions without pressure. After a short period we found suitable tenants and the screening process was underway. I received regular updates along the way and they did everything in their power to ensure that the property wasn't left empty for long even despite the disruptions of the Christmas period. If you want an honest and efficient service then head to Haart and ask for Nicola and Ciaran. They even made it fun and dare I say, stress free! Cheers guys, we'll be back with our next property!
