Our point of contact in the haart team was Nicola who was absolutely amazing start to finish. When looking at properties with other estate agents in Bristol we felt very unsupported and uneasy throughout the process. I cannot rate her desire and dedication at helping people find the right property more highly. Had the worst experience trying to view a flat in Bristol, 10 days of chasing people for a viewing. No one returned my calls. No record of my calls being made, and having to give my details on every call. Then when I eventually got a viewing, got taken to the wrong flat which was way over my budget. We sold our house through Haart recently. Not as cheap as the 'competition' but Eva at Haart was worth every penny. Outstanding service. She is decent, open, engaging, savvy and strategic. She didn't undersell our property for a quick sale, nor patronise us or pressure with a hard sell. She goes above and beyond to progress the sale and ease any stresses on both sides. Quick to communicate and respond and a joy to deal with. She is an absolute asset to the agency and I have highly recommended her to friends and others looking to sell. Without a doubt the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. I was actually sad when the sale completed as she had made the process.... dare I say it...enjoyable. Massive thumbs up from us.

We have just had a really excellent experience selling our house with Haarts of Fishponds. Eva-Jayne especially took us through the whole process with great calmness and efficiency showing tremendous experience of the business, particularly allaying any anxieties and solving any problems that arose (and sometimes they did). She also came round personally to help with legal forms we were not always sure about - I am not aware of any other Estate Agent who would be prepared to do this. Callum too, although not as experienced, was always a friendly voice who tried to help as much as he could. We really do highly recommend them.

We were having trouble with the house we had already got, to the point where we had to start looking again a month before we planned on moving. we found a house with haart and it took 2 days for us to do the work of what had taken months. One of these days even being the weekend where the lovely Nicola Lewis stayed after the office had closed to make sure we had everything we needed. She was also the one who showed us around the house, she was bubberly and lovely the whole time and made every part of the process really clear for us whilst making us laugh and feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this letting agents, as a student I have found with others to be put down and assumed we make mistakes. Not once with haart from the initial phone call i made to inquire all the way to the contracts.

Absolutely great service from the team, really cant recommend them enough. After 2 months of unsuccessfully searching for a property around Bristol (we have a small dog which made it almost impossible to get a viewing), I called the Haart team about a property online. I was shown loads of compassion by the branch manger Nicola who helped arrange a viewing for us, including talking to the landlord about our pet. I was shown the property by Ciaran who was really freindly and helped us through the application process. He put our minds at ease while navigating the online system and kept us up to date throughout. Previous experience of property searching left me feeling like a product rather than a person, but Haart lettings seem to genuinely care about both their tenants and landlords and I'm extremely grateful for the service received.

My son has had real issues with his landlady, being very slow to investigate a faulty boiler and carbon monoxide alarm, and refusing to carry out repairs to faulty electrics in their kitchen. Nicola, the manager at the Bristol haart was fantastic even though they only collect the rent and don't manage the property. She was full of very helpful advice and popped round after work in her own time to deliver an electric heater for the tenants. She is very approachable and tends to have a motherly attitude towards the tenants which is lovely.

Forward seven years later, they were the agency marketing a property we were really interested in, so I decided to ignore my prejudice.
