Really happy with the service at Ocean Estate agents Bradley Stoke. They gave us an honest appraisal of the market, found us a good proceedable buyer quickly and progressed the sale with excellent communication throughout. I was an estate agent so do know the industry. Would definitely recommend Ocean if you are thinking of selling your property.

Laura, Gemma, and the rest of the team were thoroughly professional in handling our property purchase. They kept us updated at regular intervals and were very organised. Negotiating a favourable deal with the opposite solicitor may not be their best suite, they offer a high-quality conveyancing service nonetheless.

GoogleWow! Who thought buying and selling could be easy! For one of those super stressful moments in life the team were amazing from start to finish. With Tom coming out and valuing our property giving us realistic prices and the confidence that our sale would be in good hands! We then had the flat sold really quickly with a lovely salesperson and Jenny handled our case at this point and kept us in the loop and kept on at all the parties including our solicitor who was the complete opposite of responsive! This would and could have been 100% more stressful if it wasn't for ocean and everyone we delay with there! GoogleI found a property on Rightmove on Thursday, went down to oceans to see if I could view this. Jamie attended to me when I went in and got me a viewing for Friday. That ended up in me being able to rent the property for myself and my son. Would recommend this letting agents to anyone I know. Ashley-rose.

GoogleI have viewed a few properties with Ocean, and their communication is consistent and prompt. I have had positive experiences with their estate agents who are always warm and approachable, we recently viewed a property with Georgia who was wonderful throughout our interactions with her. I would happily recommend Ocean if you are looking for somewhere to rent in Bristol.
