GoogleI have recently moved to Bristol from overseas and Jamie and Georgia helped us through this difficult relocation process. His professionalism and sincerety made my move much easier and smoother; even though there has been another place that I secured at the inerim, Jamie followed our desperate need to find a place and reached us to know about it. This only shows his dedication and care to people which I truly appreciated. I would recomend his and Ocean team to anyone wants a niche service to meet their needs. I am sure we will work next time around. Thank you once again Jamie.

GoogleThe rentals team at Ocean have been friendly, proactive and helpful during the process of renting out our family house when we had to move because of work. This can be a daunting prospect with lots of paperwork and complex arrangements to make, and Jamie A and his colleagues have put up with our mundane questions and odd requests with good humour, patience and forbearance (to match a snappy dress sense....!). They have found a well-matched tenant, and used good judgement and their knowledge of the market to help us get the rental return we need without setting unrealistic expectations. We hope their ongoing management of the property is as efficient and effective.

The Estate Agents and the Conveyancing Team at Ocean were very helpful. The arranging of visits to the property for sale extremely good. Communication also excellent. The Conveyancing Team were also extremely efficient and again Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Another bonus was having the Estate Agent and the Conveyancing in the same building.

The staff who helped with our sale were easy to contact and very helpful. It was a bit of a stressful process due to the first buyer being unreliable, but they did their best to guide and reassure us. We would have given 5 stars, but sometimes we were a little confused about the process and timeframes, but overall we were very happy with the service and would use them again.

Luigi and Clare at Ocean Mortgage Services are great. No question to small, responding to queries extremely quickly and thinking ahead to the very best solution/rates for our house remortgage.
