TrustpilotGreat estate agents
The Ocean Team supported us fully throughout our moving process and as first time buyers, provided us with all the help and information we needed to complete the buying process. From our very first viewing of the property up until completion, the team were always quick to help us with any queries and questions, and always to a high standard. Overall we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the services provided.

TrustpilotOcean get things done
everything from the sellers solicitors was fantastic in terms of communication and in terms of helping to process matters when things were stalled with my own solicitors. only a minor blip with regards to management company of property not being aware their the flat was even being sold and i had not been given codes for the building access to recycling and shed or energy reading area. Otherwise Ocean have been fantastic

TrustpilotI worked primarily with Debbie West
I worked primarily with Debbie West, and the service was excellent. She communication was great, and she updated me every few days, even when there wasn't much change in progress. This helped to give me peace of mind and assured me things were carrying on as they should. Everything at the estate agents' end was very efficient during exchange and completion, and they appreciated I wanted to be in ASAP. I would recommend :)

GoogleShort but effective viewing conducted by Claire. She provided a lot of useful information and honest details of the house. It was great to have such a positive experience.

TrustpilotOverall very good exerience
Overall, a very good experience from Ocean's estate agency and conveyancing teams. Obvious great local knowledge. Found me several potential buyers, so managed to achieve a good offer above the target. Helpful all the way through, with regular updates about progress with the process. The only disappointment was at the interface between the agency and conveyancing teams, as I was quoted the wrong conveyancing fee by the agency team.

GoogleWe’ve had a great service from Ocean in both buying our home and letting two homes. Will, Tom and other staff have been friendly, professional and really flexible in understanding and meeting our needs. We have recommended Ocean to friends and family moving to the area. They have taken care of all our worries and made what could have been a stressful experience really positive.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
