GoogleI've used quite a few letting agents in the past where I haven't had the best experiences. In the last five days I've managed to do a viewing with Ocean Estate, submit an application and have it approved within 24 hours. Tommy has answered any questions I've had in a timely fashion with no resistance and I would have no hesitation recommending them to any friends or family.

Tenants in particular have access to 24/7 care for managed properties. Furthermore, they are encouraged to pop into their local branch to meet relevant staff. As an independent service provider and local employer of 40 years, we continually strive to provide the best possible service for all.Thank you for your comments, however; we are at a loss as to why you would provide a negative review after your four-year tenancy. As with all negative comments, a Director investigates matters. Our Property Management team have confirmed we have no record of any outstanding property issues, indeed your property manager is not aware of any disruptions for the whole of your tenancy. We see no reason for your comments, they are contrary to the many hundreds of positive reviews from both tenants and landlords.Please feel free to get in touch directly if there are any specific matters you wish to discuss.Kind Regards, Ocean

We had bought and sold with Oceans and I would totally recommend their work and service. So friendly and professional. Things moved fast and I really appreciate their nudges to get paperwork done with our busy schedules, we never had to chase them for anything. Always had feedback on all viewings, pricing on sale and buying fair and realistic. Genuinely nice people doing a great job.

The online process was not explained very well and an unrealistic expectation of viewings was given. Once we had properly signed up - by visiting the office, which shouldn't have been necessary - the sales negotiator was excellent. She was very attentive to the detail we gave on the house before the first viewing. She was very positive and enthusiastic. All the office staff were very welcoming and wanted to help.
