TrustpilotLovely Company Exceptional Service
Lovely Company, excellent staff interface every step of the way. They went over and above expectations throughout the whole process of selling the property and when a problem arose through nobody's fault they stepped in, sorted it by making external arrangements, to ensure that no drama was made out of a crisis.Thank you so much Ocean Estates from the whole family.

They have always provided an excellent service, found great tenants and helped sell my property quickly and made the whole process effortless. All this is delivered with a smile too! I highly recommend them and all departments if you want a professional and superb service.

TrustpilotExcellent mortgage broker, Richard (Ocean, Bristol)
Recently completed my house purchase using Ocean’s (Bristol) mortgage broker and conveyancing services. Richard (mortgage broker) was very helpful in finding the best mortgage deal for me and then processing the application with regular updates. Given the turbulent mortgage market, he researched the market and found the best deal. And at one point when rates went down a bit, he kept an eye and helped me secure that new lower rate with the same lender before the exchange date. He is very helpful and gives great advice on mortgages. Unlike other brokers who take fees from customers as well as commission from lenders, Ocean/Richard offers FREE mortgage broker service to customers. I have used Richard in the past and it has always been an excellent experience. I would highly recommend using his services to anyone reading this.
