I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and cannot recommend Ocean Southville enough. From the initial (honest) evaluation through to completion, everyone I dealt with at this office was efficient, professional, and courteous. Using the in-house legal team was also a good idea: they provided an equally positive experience, and being in the same office makes everything work that much easier. You won’t be disappointed, you’ll be impressed.

I am happy to recommend Ocean Lettings. Our main contact was Kayla who provided a professional service throughout and had a very positive attitude. This is the first time we've let our house out and Kayla has always been on hand to answer questions; all this during the many months it took to refurbish the property. Ocean found tenants within a couple of weeks and kept us informed of progress at all times. Gold star for Kayla and Ocean!

Its my 3rd year with Letting in full management via Ocean.Why 5 stars "It's the attention to details" and "it's not just a sale"Examples are "A listening skill backing up lovely Architectual competency for Chantelle in Letting. An open and charasmistic viewing with Tenants by the Teams, great move in management and compliance and the added bonus of Chantelle designing a floor plan. Thank you Ocean and Chantelle has a good manager in Wes and a great day to day property manager in both Lisa and Megan. Who in turn have a great manager. Really impressed with the great service by Lily, Sam, Abu and Josh, at Willow Brook, Bristol - who all co-ordinated spectacularly well to get our property deal over the line.Communication was fast and efficient, processing of documents was executed quickly, and the handover process was thorough, making us aware of all things relevant regarding the property and it's maintenance. Communication between ourselves and the home-owner was also facilitated extremely well. A very pleasant, experienced and co operative team who we will be delighted to do more business with in future

I don't have enough time to explain the intricacies of our last 10 month ordeal but to say Luigi Lattuca & Tracey Green have been patient with us, is one of the most understated things ever!When my wife and I were losing our heads about every hurdle that seemed to be thrown at us with our mortgage process, both Luigi and Tracey remained a sea of calm and kept our head in the game the whole way.I genuinely can not recomend these guys enough, total heros and we wouldn't be home owners without them, getting a bit emotional while writting this.Thank you both so much.
