If you live in a shared house, they WILL conduct viewings without giving any notice. This has happened at least 3 times in the fairly short period of time that I've been living in one of their properties, even after we emailed them about it, despite the fact that it's illegal. Sometimes the contractors are quick fixing maintenance issues, other times not

We made every effort to inform each resident about the visits to the room for rent and the view of the common areas. However, due to GDPR compliance, our options of communication are limited. Went with Ocean due to them charging less commission than another well known agent that is popular in the area. A small team sold the house as opposed to an individual agent but it worked well, one came out to meet us, two others did the viewings and then the 4th person made sure everything ran smoothly post offer. It was really valuable having a dedicated person to chase agents, solicitors and other parties. Offer received for full asking price within 3 weeks of going on the market.
