GoogleI.have been delighted with my recent dealings with a Georgia and the team at Ocean a Southville. Everyone has been courteous and totally in tune with my needs. They have kept me updated at all stages of the process of finding a new tenant . What’s more all of this was done within a two week turnaround period from initial enquiry to tenant moving in.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI had such a great experience with Oceans. Super communicative, informative, professional and lovely all round. We had a stick situation and so were nervous about finding the right place to rent in time, and Georgia was so kind, helpful and reassuring when we needed it. And we found a perfect rental in such a short time. Would highly recommend.

GoogleJaime was great and communicative. Lettingshub - the company that deals with the references are absolutely dreadful. Thankfully Jaime cleared up the mess they made of our guarantor and reference forms. If it weren’t for the experience with lettingshub then this would be 5*. Rethink that partnership Ocean!

Really welcoming straight away when I first showed interest in the property and got to have a look around the very next day with regular updates on the progress of my application. Luigi was very helpful, we did not know where to start with the mortgage process especially since we have a non-standard professional situation. We were really happy with the different quotes provided and the continuous check-ins.

TrustpilotGreat experience with Ocean Estate Agents Bradley Stoke
I found that they listened to my requests, communicated well and were consistent with their approach to give an accurate and realistic valuation. Liam was particularly helpful and sensitive to my elderly relative. I would certainly recommend them.
