We were introduced to a delightful property just as it came onto the market which enabled us to view it without too much competition.Ocean agency staff were helpful and held our hand(s) by use of the Lawyers ‘Activity App’ to mark the progress of our intended purchase. We had planned to move into our new home in October’24, which would have been our preferred moving date.Unknown legalities resulted in our delayed move. The unpredictability regarding the legal constraints was quite testing & frustrating and resulted in increased stamp duty costs.Thankfully our landlords were cooperative as we couldn’t be clear on an actual date of our notice to quit our tenancy agreement. We are finally in our beautiful new home and settling into our new surroundings. Thank You

The whole team were excellent, from Tom’s enthusiasm to begin with, to Claire (amazing!) and Rhia helping with viewings. As for the move management process, Georgina always endeavoured to resolve every issue we had and answer all queries...no matter how often we contacted! As an aside to the estate agent element the Property Lawyers, Marise and team, were just brilliant. In particular the expertise, time and effort Linda dedicated to us will long be appreciated. Had a really great experience purchasing a new property through Ocean. Tom was very knowledgable when viewing the property, Kenny was always on hand to help me with the legal stuff that I didnt understand, Georgina and Rosie kept me up to date throughout and Simon Lack not only sorted me a great rate with my mortgage, but kept me informed the whole way through the process making it as painless as possible when buying somewhere. Highly recommend going through these guys, I barely had to chase anyone and glad I used all their services.

Tom came to look at the house and explained the process and what Ocean would do. We agreed a sale price which was at the high end of the three estate agents we spoke to. The photos looked great, including some drone shots.The house sold within a week at £10K over asking price. The whole process went on for about six months, but they were there throughout and always on the case. We had trouble with our purchase falling through and the sale wavered, but Ocean didn't put a foot wrong.

Richard and Claire were both brilliant for myself and my partner who were first time buyers. They made the process of finding a mortgage and explaining everything really straight forward. It look a lot of pressure off of worrying about what was needed and what the next steps were.
