I started my journey with Jack at Ocean, who was polite, friendly and professional at all times. Then Paul the Manager took over and he kept me informed of any updates and was always happy to go through anything I wasn’t sure of. Very polite and professional too.

Having worked through Ocean to purchase my flat 9 years ago, it was an obvious choice for me to return to the agency to manage its letting as I prepared to move overseas. The service was brilliant. As a first time renter, my agent was able to walk me through the options to find the right set up for me as a landlord, before introducing me to the perfect tenant. It was fast, affordable, and all delivered via a personal relationship with someone who was always on the end of the phone or e mail. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Mis-sold my flat. They told me my lease length was a lot longer than it was in my lease contract. Quite a lot of other information was incorrectly presented by the estate agent too. Will be wary of them in the future.

Mirela Fedor manages my property and is very efficient at dealing with issues and responding to queries so that things get resolved.
