I have just sold my mothers house through Ocean and I found the team to be very helpful and understanding.Communication throughout was friendly and efficient which was particularly important to me living outside of the UK.I would have no doubt in recommending Ocean Estate Agents to family and friends.

As a stranger from Hong Kong to locate an accommodation, they clearly explained to me main point and how to process. Luckily, with the help of them, I can find an accommodation in a short period.

My family just relocated to UK for a month, go to Ocean Lettings & Management Bradley Stoke branch registered for house renting, meet up Abu, he quickly inform me via email a property available, so arrange visit and sent offer to landlord.....although because of my rental history check has something not goes smooth, finally Abu help to discuss with landlord and accept our offer, we move in as scheduled, overall good experience and Abu provide professional support.
