GoogleA very good letting agency. I had a property I wanted to let out in Bristol and they found a tenant within the month! They also sorted all the checks and legal issues for me. They have very competitive prices; I think I found some others with slightly cheaper rates for full management in Bristol, but Ocean always responded fastest and were the most helpful, so you'll definitely get what you pay for in this scenario!
