I cannot thank Ocean enough, both the estate agent team and the legal team were fantastic, Joe, Gemma, Jess and Lucy. Communication from beginning to end was amazing. The timeline online is great but I could always phone or pop in if I needed help with forms or paperwork. I would absolutely recommend with no hesitation. Clearly, I’ve received nothing short of excellent service as a result of my precious 1 star review. So much so, that I am completely retracting my precious comments about the delay in receiving my deposit! Thank you, whoever replied and took on board my previous review. We received excellent sales and marketing advice from the branch manager Steve who was enthusiastic and approachable. We lost one sale along the way and the market definitely became more challenging but Steve remained confident and positive about our property and managed to get a good number of viewings and a very decent offer. The sales progression had a few hiccups but these were managed diligently by Melissa and we completed on the sale as hoped for. Lots of agents can sell a property in a strong market but when the market becomes more sticky you really need a first class agent with experience, determination and the ability to get hold of a situation and sort it. That’s what we got with Ocean and we are very happy that we used them to sell our house.

GoogleAs I am a first time home owner, I found William to be very insightful in leading me to obtaining my new home over my school term. I have been having problems with other agencies due to their lack of communication and late response time but Ocean has been consistent in replying and also helped me in leading through the process. I would definitely recommend looking into this agency when picking a new home and also consulting with William through all your needs!

My wife and I recently moved to Bristol and were looking for a permanent place to live in, and after viewing few properties we meet William Jenkins on a viewing from Ocean Agents. He was really kind, helpful and genuine. We visited two properties with him were he oriented us in details and great suggestion. He made our process smooth and quick as promised. Good at selling the property for us but once sold not so impressed. They say they kept in close contact with regular updates but I believe this was only with us chasing them. They didn’t like to ring us and actually chat about the ongoing issues but instead email which I feel was impersonal. It’s very easy to hide behind an email. I appreciate it is needed for trail but phone calls are more personal. It was a long process, no fault of of own and it seemed at the end that we had to attempt to try and move things along at a pace rather than our buyers doing this. Overall very average

Ocean were very friendly and helpful to deal with in the beginning. They made us feel good about the property we were selling and we felt a good vibe from them right away, which is why we chose to sell our property with them. Once an offer was put in and accepted we started to feel that Ocean were more acting for the buyers rather than keeping our, or both of our, best interests in mind.

They were really helpful and understand the needs of people and help you accordingly as much as they could support. I can’t wait to say about Ms Amelia West, one of the staffs from Ocean , who is really an amazing person, very kind hearted and very helpful with our process. I wish all the agencies should have staffs like Amelia to improve their services in Uk. She is such an amazing person to come across in my life I say. I strongly recommend Ocean as first choice for housing search. All credit goes to Ms Amelia West. 5 stars is not enough for her service, she needs more than that.
