Service when picking up keys was not very welcoming. Asked in a very blunt way if I had the cash for appliances we were buying. Was not very friendly at this point. There was no congrats in buying the property. (Didn't feel special). At the start they were very friendly, but did not like the end when picking up the keys.

Very impressed with how Emma helped with my ongoing quest to find a property. Reply to emails were speedy and these were followed up with telephone calls. Information was clear and concise and Emma also took her time to understand exactly what my requirements are, and most importantly, she respected me as a client .
