Once James Hogg took over my case for my property purchase it was seamless and it all became a lot more informative and engaged - before that I thought it was quite poor to be honest. Would recommend them for a property purchase based on the experience in the later stages with James.

Lily and team made my first home purchase easy and quick. They were very responsive and helpful when answering any questions I had as a first time buyer. With the online system you can easily keep track of where you are in the process. My house purchase was completed in about 2 months. I would not hesitate to use Ocean again in the future.

GoogleI just agreed rental of my apartment using this estate agency. I currently live in Russia and everything was over email and phone calls. I previously lived in USA so I do have experience in renting apartments overseas and online. Ocean estate agents are all very helpful and kind. My agent is Lily and I have no words to describe how helpful and most important kind she is. I'm under tremendous stress of moving from one country to another and helpful agent is really important. We used Ocean Financial Services to help us to find the best mortgage for us when buying our first home. In very uncertain times Luigi was amazing. When rates changed he was in contact immediately and by the time we exchanged had saved us approx £150 a month from our initial mortgage quote.

Elizabeth was great at communicating progression. I never met her but her emails were efficient and prompt. Viewings..A little more respect of the house would be appreciated, footprints etc. Admittedly the property was empty and needed an overhaul but it was an emotional attachment and home.Overall a good outcome, and would use again if needed.

We used ocean estate agents and solicitors for the purchase of our flat in Bristol. We would not recommend them at all. We were assured that by using ocean solicitors communication would be easier but if anything it was a hindrance as they played each other off against themselves, with us in the middle. About 80% of documents we received had errors in, including our names (several times), purchase price, amounts owed etc. We never got an update without chasing and important documents weren’t shared with us unless we asked to see them.We were given incorrect information by the estate agents upon our initial viewing, which was then repeatedly confirmed by them despite legal documents stating otherwise. This had a big impact on the buying process from our side.Our experience was one of poor communication, constant mistakes and lack of professionalism.
