The staff who helped with our sale were easy to contact and very helpful. It was a bit of a stressful process due to the first buyer being unreliable, but they did their best to guide and reassure us. We would have given 5 stars, but sometimes we were a little confused about the process and timeframes, but overall we were very happy with the service and would use them again.

Would highly recommend to anyone needing a mortgage. Have used as a first time buyer, on a second house purchase and as a remortgage.
