I have used Ocean Estate Agents as letting agents for over 13 years. Every single member of the team I have worked with has been fantastic. They are clear, honest, transparent and professional. They have a deep understanding of lettings from both the landlord and tenant perspective. Their professionalism comes across in their interactions with both groups. They have given very helpful advice, gone the extra mile to clarify issues, and ensure I am up-date on legislation and requirements of landlord. I cannot praise them enough and would recommend them without reservation.

Two distinct teams - sales and sale progression - both very effective in their communication of the situation. This made us confident in decision making and reassured us through the process that all was going as well as it could. Ultimately, we sold for a price acceptable to us with relatively little stress. I am so pleased with Ocean! The sale of the property was not a straight forward one and we feared it would be impossible to sell. Ocean were with us every step of the way and were so patient. Ocean have been really great as estate agents while we purchase our first home. Julie Hawkins in particular has been very helpful, keeping us informed every step of the way and helping co ordinate. She also gave us some really helpful recommendations for contractors to use. Would definitely recommend ocean in general, we found they had the best properties on the market. The whole process has been quite stress free which I was surprised about for our first house purchase.
