GoogleMy experience with Ocean has been the worst of any experience I’ve had with leasing agencies. We’ve had a leak from the flat above for 7 months and they’ve yet to coordinate a fix. Every time I write them an email or call them they say they’ll get right on it and no progress is made. Definitely would not recommend them to other tenants.

Thank you for your feedback. We are certainly sympathetic and completely understand your frustration Nolan. The unfortunate situation is that the landlord / property owner has chosen to use his contractor to resolve this issue, contrary to our Property Management team's advice. As Beth, your personal property manager has reported, a leak had been identified in the property above, repair work completed, but the problem persists. We have been advised that the problem is still being investigated, we understand the contractor visited in the last week. Please be assured we continue to update & advice the landlord, expressing our concern and frustrations on your behalf. This is a responsibility our Property Managers willing take on. As an independent agent of near 40 years it has always been absolutely paramount that all customers receive the best possible service, not least with property management. In this instance we are however reliant on the landlord and 3rd party contractors to resolve the situation satisfactorily. We sincerely hope the matter is concluded soon and will continue to advice the landlord accordingly. Assuring you of our best intentions, Ocean.

Ocean Bradley Stoke branch recently sold a property for us and through the trials and tribulations of selling a leasehold property they kept the dialogue between the two solicitors going positively.The sales coordinator at the branch kept us well informed at every stage of the sales process and in some instances was responsible for helping to move things forward.we will have no hesitation in using Ocean again when we need to sell one of our buy to let properties.

Horrible experience will not be using Ocean again. Never updating when need it, was told delays was being caused by our solicitor but it was the in-house oceans solicitor that the buyers were using causing all the issues.

I have used Ocean Property Lawyers previously for conveyancing work. They are my go to conveyancers. They are not the cheapest but I like the fact that you can pick up the phone to speak to someone, rather than the automated systems with cheaper firms. I had a tight deadline to complete. The team worked hard to achieve completion within 6 weeks. Great effort by all.

GoogleWe recently let our flat through Ocean and they made the whole process so pleasant and easy. Everyone I dealt with at the Clifton branch was helpful, efficient and friendly, from taking the photos, organising a time slot so my existing tenants were inconvenienced as little as possible, keeping me updated without needing to ask, I honestly could not fault them. I'd like to especially mention Amelia who I spoke to regularly on the phone and was lovely, and Alun who was so helpful and took the photos at short notice to accommodate our tenants. Thank you!

Me and my partner recently purchased our first property through oceans and can’t fault them. We spoke to a few different estate agencies and they all seemed quite disorganised and unfriendly. We had our first viewing with Layla who was very friendly and helpful and put us at ease with the process. The whole team have been very helpful including Tracey and Lauren who kept us up to date throughout and very responsive to emails. We also used oceans financial adviser Simon who was also very friendly and informative, made the application for the mortgage a lot easier and kept us up to date with any rate changes.
