We are very disappointed and concerned you feel the service you have received warrants 1 star - negative feedback. As you may see from the many positive Google reviews for this and all Ocean offices, this is very uncommon and will be fully investigated. Unfortunately you have not said which of our services you have used, or what the issue may have been. Following an initial review our records we do not seem to be able to find you as a customer of either residential sales or lettings? We are eager to talk to you directly to discuss your concerns. If you wish to elaborate please feel free to contact customercare@oceanhome.co.uk

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
