Hi Miss Nichols-Oakes, I'm very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service you have received from Ocean lettings and management, Bishopston. Before I refer this matter to our Lettings Director I wonder if you would like to let us know what aspects of letting through Ocean did not meet your expectations? I understand there were issues with the 'Guarantor' process, if you would care to advise on any other issues we would be very happy to address them directly. Please feel free to contact customercare@oceanhome.co.uk Thank you very much Ocean.

Hi Kieran JC. We're very sorry that you feel the service you have received was of a 1 star standard. As Bristol's largest independent estate agent we take our customer service very seriously. I'm afraid we have been unable to find any customer records under this name & initial so we have been unable to investigate. Please feel free to contact me directly should you wish to discuss this matter further, I would be very happy address any issues or concerns. Regards Andy a.norris@oceanhome.co.uk
