We are disappointed you have decided to post a negative review. It is contrary to the many positive reviews we have received via both Google & Trust Pilot, and therefore warrants concern. However, our records show that you had a deposit dispute with your Landlord in July 2018. This was dealt with via the regulatory Tenant Deposit Scheme. We did not manage this property and therefore had no dealing in this matter. If however there is any other matter you are disappointed with regarding Ocean in 2019, please do feel free to contact customercare@oceanhome.co.uk the Director of Ocean lettings and management will investigate and respond directly for you.
