Estate agent was the rudest I've ever seen. Property was rented and we were not told before making a 1 hour trip. Arrived 4 mins past agreed time and we were insulted beyiond measure. I wish I could take legal action against them.

I needed to sell a flat & came out of M & S & saw Hunters I went in & was greeted warmly by Bo TsangThe way Hunters photographed the flat was lovely &the video of the property made people feel they wereinside the flat. Anytime I contacted Bo Tsang or Steph-Pert-Thomas I got good service & any concerns were addressed quickly. Way Above Average help, lovely people who do their very best fora customer. GoogleJust completed on a house sold through Hunters, they were super friendly and helpful the whole time even though they were of course working for the sellers! I'd heard a lot of horror stories about estate agents but these guys were great throughout the whole process and it really made our lives so much easier. Thanks guys!

We bought our house through Hunters. Would wait days for responses to emails, take multiple attempts to get them to pick up the phone and when we did get our new home we found that it was full of an absolute mountain of crap. So much for any due diligence before selling the house? Do they not check that the previous owners leave it in an acceptable state before handing it over?

They respond only to the simplest things. Whenever it becomes tiny bit more complicated - nothing is taken care of. We have a leaking pipe on the outside of our property for 8 months. We let them know about this in the first several weeks of our tenancy. Over 8 months it's been back and forth, and NOTHING about this leak has been fixed. Every time someone takes a shower, we have a shower in our conservatory. They do send the workers, true, but only when there is no rain. And these are new workers every time, who look at it, scratch their heads and do nothing.You need to chase them every day, if you want to have anything done. They don't care about you, don't care about the property. The worst experience with the estate agents in my 12 years of renting.

One of the worst agencies you can work with. We booked a viewing for a house, confirmed it that day, drove an hour, and nobody bothered to come. When finally reaching them, after numerous phone calls, they just said they tried to contact us for another day. We had no phone calls, no messages, nothing. The lady I talked to was stunningly rude and yelled constantly. Please STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Although conversations have been requesting advice or information , I have received the greatest of respect, absolutely forthcoming and very candid assistance. I would have no hesitation in trusting them either to be buying or selling through their agency, absolutely refreshing thank you

THIS RELATES TO HUNTERS IN NORTHENDON M22 4FZ.I have been using Hunters for the last two years and I have to say they are shocking and that is an understatement. Do not use this company. You constantly have to chase them to do things which your paying them for and they never answer their phone. This place is run by Alan who seems to have a chip on his shoulder and under him is John who simply makes it up as he's goes along. I've just ended my agreement with them and my tenant called to say despite promises from them to refund the deposit he still hasn't been paid and could I call them I just did to help him out and was told by Alan they no longer work for me. Just being an absolute idiot with an attitude. He then hung up on me. I went their last week to get the keys back and Nick had been dealing with my account, got told by John he wasn't there and then 5 mins later he walks out of the back room. Just a couple of examples of the way Hunters operate. Stay away from them is my advice. Plenty of estate agents in this area to go to.

Dealing with anyone is this company is painful,we rented a property and hunters were in charge of it,we moved out over a month ago and left the property in good condition,but they took money for deep cleaning without our consent,they took other monies for items they claimed were missing,there emails to us were rude and dismissive,she always argued with everything we said,the most unprofessional person I have ever met,they stole our money from us and now we have to take legal proceedings against themWe are still waiting on receipts from the items they claimed to have bought & the deep cleaning,the apartment didn’t need to be deep cleaned,but the greedy landlord decided to keep most of depositAbsolute disgrace of a company won’t be dealing with them again

I am leaving in bradford BD5 area renting the house with Hunter from 2018 same house very very very disappointed with this guys my house rental was for £525 then £550 then jumped to £795 from the first day until now i write this review nearly 5 years I never missed the payment even for one day I paid in time every month I have got my bank statement to prove that and they never fixed and solved the problems! too much Moulding, heating issues, kitchen issues etc,,,etc,,,, until I complained to housing standards then fixed the problems and I spent around £4300 from my pocket to repainting whole house new carpets new downstairs floor laminate then after yearly check increased my rent to £795 now and all the time insulting me when I report the issues they’ll charging me £65 and I have many more words to say about their description all I can say please people don’t deal with Hunters they’ll robbing you they’re very clever from first to cheating you until you get trapped then very hard to get out from their trap because these guys very professional cheaters they have experience for years you can’t bit them easy.

This is the first time I've called this agency. (I'm a BTL investor) spoke to a lady called Kiki, she was very kind and clearly explained what the situation was with this particular property, she went far and beyond. I would highly recommend to use this agency and especially Kiki. ;)

Google5/5 stars, we recently broguht our first home and no clue with the steps ect. Hunters were really helpful and could contact them any time we wanted for any questions or help. Would recommend Hunters for anyone wanting to move/sell in future.

Our house was for sale for 4 months with Hunters Ashford in Kent, we only had 3 actual viewings, never sold it, and had drama after drama. Cancelled viewings constantly, once notified to me by EMAIL the afternoon before! We asked and were assured we'd be told when viewings were done so we could re enter the property straight away, not once was this done. Never did anything other than suggest lowering the price to help sell it - not redoing wording, changing photos or doing extra promotions etc. Problems with initial photos too. Lazy and unprofessional at best.

GoogleSuch a great service. Both estate agents (James and Callum) have been very accommodating and approachable during the process of buying our first home. We have dealt with some estate agents, who we feel are only interested in making the most money as quickly as possible; however, it's the total opposite with Hunters!
