I'd thoroughly recommend Hollis Morgan first, who are supportive, gave us an honest and fair appraisal to get our house sold. The team obviously get along very well and are excellent and quick and attentive communicators. Couldn't have asked for a better service from this trusted firm. GoogleWhere do I start? False advertising, pressure sales tactics, rude emails, not having the keys on day of completion, followed by not all the keys being present. My experience with Hollis Morgan has been nothing short of horrendous, comically ridiculous and one I hope nobody else goes through. Buying property is stressful enough without the added incompetence of the estate agents. Advertised as fully furnished which was incorrect, when I complained, I was offered a small gesture that might have bought me a chair, or 2. When I pressed for more to be done I was basically laughed at. Completion occurred around 11am, at which point they didnt have the keys, once they did have the keys they never notified me, leaving me to obtain the keys at 9:30pm. Now im sure Olly will reply with some reasoning behind everything as he has done on the other poor reviews, but for me, I would never deal with this company again

You are correct in that we could successfully counter argue your points but I appreciate you have had an extremely stressful time funding the purchase but am glad you have now managed to resolve the situation and genuinely wish you the best. As we have previously stated we like you on a personal level and want you to be successful. I hope that once the dust and emotions settle you will reconsider your opinion of Hollis Morgan. Best Olly

GoogleWhat can I say about Hollis Morgan other that incredible, amazing and fantastic. Olly has the patience of a saint, we had been talking to him on and off for over 2 years, had believed we had sold it privately, went back to him, changed our minds, went back again and finally agreed to an auction date. Oh my goodness that's when the speed changed in less than 2 months we went from Hollis Morgan being on site that same day taking photographs to it being listed to numerous viewings. We had been advised to price at the lower end to gain interest we priced at £235,000 with a reserve of £250,000, our initial buyer had offered £280,000. Suddenly we are at auction day. This is where Andrew the Amazing took over we were the 1st lot up and in what seemed like minutes bidding was going fast and furiously and the hammer went down at £325,000. To say we are delighted is an understatement and we cannot recommend Hollis Morgan highly enough.

From my first meeting with Olly, I was impressed with his knowledge on the location of the house, the style of house and property market. I was nervous at first to put the house up for auction as it had been sat on the market for a while but I felt more confident following our meeting. He and his team communicated well throughout the process and acted professionally. The house sold at the first auction. I highly recommend using Hollis Morgan.
